The finest aromatic Darjeeling black tea, known as the 'Champagne of teas' and prized for its notes of 'muscatel' grapes. Only the first shoots of spring are used to ensure an exquisitely delicate liquor. Our current batch hails from the Teesta Valley.
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 90°C water. Enjoy without milk.
This tea started its life in the foothills of the Himalayas, at an altitude of around 4,500ft.
