Ti Guan Yin oolong is a luxurious, light, semi-oxidised Chinese tea. Deliciously floral and creamy with subtle hints of peach, it is also rumoured to be great for the waistline!
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3 mins in 80°C water. Enjoy without milk.
This tea is named after the Chinese iron Goddess of Mercy, ‘Guanyin’, and originated from Anxi in the Fujian province in the 19th Century.
