This South African wonder-herb is the perfect, naturally caffeine-free alternative to tea. Once steeped it produces a subtly sweet and rich, coppery liquor which is beautiful drunk with milk.
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 95-100°C water. Enjoy with or without milk and sugar.
Despite gaining widespread popularity only recently, Rooibos has a 300 year history with the first botanical reference to the rooibos bush recorded in 1772.
