PREPARATION
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3 mins in 80°C water. Enjoy without milk.
TEA-RIVIA
This tea is named after the Chinese iron Goddess of Mercy, ‘Guanyin’, and originated from Anxi in the Fujian province in the 19th Century.
