ONLINE ORDERING
Our products are sold subject to their product description and any supporting information. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your order will be delivered to the address you specify so it is imperative that this address is accurate. Standard orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday and should arrive within a maximum of three working days. Special delivery can be arranged by contacting us directly.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered.
Occasionally the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will notify you of the delay and provide you with new timeframe as soon as possible.
All orders over £50.00 are sent first class, free of charge.
After much demand we now ship worldwide.
First-class delivery costs are as follows:
UK-wide Deliveries
£0 - £30.00 = £3.50
£30.01 - £49.99 = £5.50
£50.00 and over = FREE!
We have recently added a Second Class option, with a flat rate of £3.00 for all orders below £50.00.
Please note all orders using free delivery promotions are sent Second Class.
Europe-wide:
£0.00 - £12.50 = £5.60
£12.51 - £50.00 = £6.90
£50.00 and over = £8.30
Rest of the World:
£0.00 - £12.50 = £7.50
£12.51 - £35.00 = £10.40
£35.01 and over = £12.90
PAYMENT
Debonair Tea Company takes secure payment for goods via Shopify Payments or Paypal at the time of your order.
PayPal enables individuals and businesses to send and receive electronic money online. You can use the Service to make single or "one-off" payments or you can open an account with Paypal that will allow you to make regular payments.

AVAILABILITY
We will inform you by email if products you have ordered are not available as soon as possible. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute items of equivalent price.
All of our products comply with appropriate safety and trading standards regulations. If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted directly.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You are entitled to cancel your order with us within seven days of the receipt of your goods in exchange for a full refund. All items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging. Please send all returns to: Debonair Tea Company, 42 Thanet Road, Margate, CT9 1UB.
In the event of cancellation where there is no fault with the product, items must be returned at the cost of the customer. If the item is deemed damaged, the delivery charge will be refunded by Debonair Tea Company. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in the post.
