Luxury Jasmine Tea

Luxury jasmine teas from Fujian province in China. These teas are mixed with fresh jasmine blossoms and then left for five or six hours so that the jasmine scent is absorbed into the leaves. A one to one weight ratio of tea to jasmine blossoms is required to scent these teas and this process takes place between three and eight times (!) with a slightly smaller quantity of flowers each time.
