Introducing our Mao Jian green tea, hailing from the Dabie Mountains in China.
Mao Jian Tea from its original production home of Henan. The leaf is small, neat and green with a little curve to it like an eyebrow. The liquor is light and bright with a beautifully delicate, floral character.

PREPARATION
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 70-80°C water. Enjoy without milk.
TEA-RIVIA
"Mao jian" are words to depict the shape of the tea — "mao" means tiny fuzz in cup when brewed and "jian" refers to the shape of the sharp, full young leaves.
