Indian in character but South African by nature, this naturally caffeine-free Chai is a well-balanced blend of Rooibos and sweet spices with a chilli kick.
PREPARATION
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 mins in 100°C water. Enjoy with or without milk and sugar.
